Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully our cancellation policy for our programs.
Camp Cancellation Policy:

We have a 14 day cancellation policy for all of our camps. If you cancel 14 days or more before the start date of camp, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel within the 14 days prior to the start of camp, there is no refund.

Drop-in Class Cancellation Policy:
​
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all of our drop-in classes. If you cancel within the 24 hours of the start of a class, there is no refund.

Session Cancellation Policy:
​
We have a 14 day cancellation policy for any of our programs that are booked as a session for the term. If you cancel 14 days or more before the start date of a session, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel within the 14 days prior to the start of a session, there is no refund.

Kids Club Registration for the Year:

One month notice is needed to cancel registration. Notice must be given by the 1st of the month or there is no refund.

Birthday Party & Event Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel up to 14 days prior to the Event Date, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus the $50 admin fee. If you cancel between 7 and up to 14 days prior to the Event Date, you will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund, minus the $50 Admin fee. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the Event Date, you will not be entitled to a refund.​
We charge a $50 admin fee whenever you make a cancellation for a birthday party or event.
