We throw the party and you sit back, relax, and enjoy! Our parties are 2 hours and come with two Party Leaders to make the day extra special for the birthday guests.

Meet & Greet – children arrive and place presents on the table, party schedule is introduced and expectations are set. (15 minutes)
Activity – a predetermined activity, customized to your specific party theme, is run by the birthday party leader(s) (45 minutes)
Cake – children transition to the cake table where we sing happy birthday, blow out the candles, and enjoy some delicious cake! (30 minutes)
Presents – we always save the best for last – PRESENTS! *if parents would like presents to be opened at home, a game can be substituted into this time slot (25 minutes)
Goody bags & Goodbyes – we bid farewell for the day. (5 minutes)

Our baseline birthday party price is $400. This includes all of the above and two birthday party leader.
We have a maximum group size of 18 children, and our staff to child ratio is 1:6. If the party size exceeds 12 children, we add one additional party leader. An additional $100 is charged for the third birthday party leader. Lastly, our music therapy activity incorporates an accredited music therapist and there is an additional $100 added to the total cost of the birthday if this activity is chosen.
The Fine Print:
While we have birthday decorations, they may not be suited to your theme. All themed decorations must be provided by the party hosts.
Our space has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, and microwave. Party hosts must supply all food and beverages.
Our maximum birthday party capacity is 18 children. If you are interested in throwing a larger party, please visit our ‘Space Rentals' page for additional options or ideas.
No alcohol licenses permitted for birthday parties. If you are interested in serving alcohol at your event, please visit our 'Space Rentals' page for additional options or ideas.
If you cancel up to 14 days prior to the Birthday Party Date, you will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel between 7 and up to 14 days prior to the Birthday Party Date, you will be entitled to a fifty percent
(50%) refund. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the Birthday Party Date, you will not be entitled to a refund.
The party guest's parents stay to enjoy the experience
Other parents are welcome to drop off the kids for the party, or stay for the party if desired
If additional parents choose to stay please be mindful of the party structure and follow the party leader’s directions so we can ensure the best possible party atmosphere for the children
